By accessing and using RepCount, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of RepCount per device for personal, non-commercial use only.
This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the app materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in RepCount
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Disclaimer
RepCount is provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitations
In no event shall RepCount or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use RepCount.
Revisions and Errata
We may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using RepCount, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms of service.
